1.a) We ship to most countries via standard shipping for free, and offer expedited shipping for $24.90.
1.b) When you place your order, you will receive an approximate delivery time based on item availability. Shipping date estimates will appear on the order page depending on the shipping methods you choose.
1.c) Please note that the delivery dates stated on your order page are approximate and for guidance purposes only. Actual delivery dates may vary.
2. Shipping Procedure, Tracking Number, and Insurance
2.a) Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, regardless of your location. We deliver to hundreds of customers worldwide every day, striving to provide the highest level of service.

2.b) Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. Please note that it may take 1-2 days for the tracking number to be updated online.
2.c) All orders are insured against loss. In the event your item is lost during transit, please contact us so we can provide you with a full refund.
3. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
3.1 Returns:
We accept returns on most products within 14 days for items that have NOT BEEN USED, WORN, or ALTERED, and with ALL tags and/or stickers attached, accompanied by the original sale receipts.
3.2 Exchanges:
- 3.a) All exchange requests must be received in our office within 21 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request.
- 3.b) If your desired replacement item is not available, we will help you find another item or process a refund if it falls within our return policy.
- 3.c) Special offers are not refundable or exchangeable.
- 3.d) For size issues, we will only exchange the same item once.
3.3 Returns and Exchanges Procedure:
- 3.a) If you wish to return or exchange your order, please ensure the items are unused and in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. We recommend requesting proof of posting and insuring the return shipment, as you are responsible for the items until we receive them at our warehouse.
- 3.b) For disputes, retain proof of sending, as we cannot process an exchange without receiving the returned items. Please contact us to obtain our Return Address.
- 3.c) All returns must be received by our office within 30 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for all costs incurred in returning the item to us.
- 3.d) For returns, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product, issued through the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- 3.e) For exchanges, we will ship the desired product within 14 days of receiving the returned product, per our Shipping Policy.
4. Damaged or Defective Goods
- 4.a) We are committed to high-quality products and employ several quality checks before shipping.
- 4.b) If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a free exchange or full refund.
- 4.c) For refunds, we will issue payment within 14 days of receiving the damaged or defective product through the original payment method.
- 4.d) For replacements, we will ship you a new product within 14 days of receiving the damaged or defective item.
5. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial disputes, or actions by government authorities.
